Scope and operator

This policy describes SORA Analytics, an internal social media reporting tool operated by SORA Japan Trip. It is currently being configured and tested for the operator’s own accounts. Contact: sorajapantrip@gmail.com.

Information used

When an account owner authorizes the integration, the tool may retrieve account identifiers and authorized public video information: video IDs, titles or descriptions, publication times, links, and aggregate view, like, comment and share counts. It does not need individual viewer identities, private messages, or account passwords. Authorization credentials, such as access and refresh tokens, are needed to maintain an API connection.

Purpose

Data is used to match videos to the operator’s management spreadsheet, update performance counts, and diagnose retrieval failures. It is not used to sell personal information, create advertising profiles, or train machine-learning models.

Storage and access

Reports are stored in the operator’s Google Sheets account. Where Google Apps Script is used to run the integration, authorization credentials are kept in restricted script properties, not in public website files or spreadsheet cells. Access is limited to the operator and authorized administrators. Do not share report sheets or script projects publicly.

Service providers

TikTok processes authorization and API requests under its own policies. Google provides the spreadsheet and script infrastructure. Technical service logs may include connection information needed to operate these services. Data may be processed in countries where those providers operate. SORA Analytics does not share account data with affiliate partners or unrelated third parties.

Retention and deletion

Reports are retained while needed for internal performance review. The operator reviews retained data at least annually and removes records no longer needed. On a deletion request, the operator will remove the relevant records and stored credentials from active systems within 30 days, unless retention is required by law. Provider backups and version history are governed by their own retention processes.

Your controls

You may withdraw authorization through TikTok’s connected-app settings. Revocation stops future authorized retrieval but does not itself delete existing reports. For deletion, access or correction requests, email sorajapantrip@gmail.com and identify the relevant account without sending a password or token.

This policy page

This page does not load advertising, affiliate widgets or analytics scripts. The hosting provider may process ordinary request logs for delivery and security. The separate SORA Japan Trip travel homepage contains third-party affiliate content; this policy concerns the internal analytics tool.
